"Spent thousands at their store multiple times, never returned or exchanged an item once. Bought sweatpants too big one time that were never worn(spent $340 on each pair) and asked for an exchange for a smaller size and they declined."

"First off get ready to spend way over market on shoes, second off employees are really annoying always pestering you while you’re just trying to browse around. Second off I tried selling a few items well worth over $500 and they offered me $100. Lastly if you ever complain or anything they try to play the victim saying there a “small business” more like a scam business."

"There is no number on the website to call. I found their instagram, showed they were online, called them and did not pick up. I have called three times and no answer. Sent a message and no response and they are open until 6 pm today. What’s the point in having a social media account if you aren’t actively responding. Customer service can be better."

"Stopped by “The Rundown” today to pick up some kicks for my little sister. First thing I realized was an extremely clean store. Great service and an even better selection of clothing and sneakers for men, women and even some kids sneakers. It’s a great place to go if you have a craving for high end sneakers and street wear; much of what I would consider pretty reasonable, being that you won’t find much of the selection in both clothing and sneakers without a personal source or paying a premium. Overall I highly recommend taking a stop by. Ask for Chris tell him your size, and he’ll take it from there."
