Reviews
"Had an issue with our hot tub and Treat’s came out quickly and fixed the issue right away. Highly recommend."
"Met with Robert Martin to inquire about purchasing a pool. Rob was easy going and not pushy at all. We ordered a pool and expect to be enjoying it next spring."
"I wasn't going to write a review but I got an email from Treat's asking me to soooooo, your wish and all that.... I called purchasing a home that had a pool to ask for a pool inspection. Spoke to a gentleman who said he "didn't think they did those anymore" but was "jammed up" right then and would call me back. As it turns out he would not, in fact, call me back. I did get a voicemail about a week later which I didn't even listen to because it was useless to me at that point. Then, again, I called after we bought the house to see if someone would come out and show us how to take care of the pool since we'd never owned one before, turns out they don't do that either. Both times Juliano's Pools came through. 3 stars because them not performing a type of service is not a bad thing and shouldn't earn them 1 star but a) not calling me back in a timely fashion was not cool and b) if we're going to have a relationship with a pool company, I want one that does everything pool related, not just a one trick pony."
"I bought a pool heater from Treats and had Treats install the pool heater in Oct 2021. It worked well last year but this year is making a howling noise. I called them and asked them to come repair it and they told me they do not service pool heaters and could not tell me anyone who does service them. When I bought the pool heater I specifically asked for and paid for a Hayward heater. When I went in to ask a question about what I had to do to prepare the area for the heater they gave me a copy of a Raypak heater and told me it was a better heater. What I discovered later is that the Raypak sells for a couple hundred dollars less than the Hayward which I paid for. Bottom line - DO NOT BUY anything of significance from Treats pools."
