"I've been two this liquor store twice and had two negative experiences. First, my husband and I stopped in on our wedding anniversary and asked to purchase a bottle of Dom Perignon. We were treated extremely rudely, they acted as though it was ridiculous to ask for a bottle of nice champagne and told all they had was Cristal. They charged us $320 for the bottle of Cristal - $70 more than I paid recently at another liquor store in the area. However, that experience was nothing compared with my second one. I bought a bottle of Tito's from here yesterday. I purchased the bottle at room temperature, but I stored it in the freezer overnight. When I took it out tonight and opened it, the vodka wouldn't pour out of the bottle. Upon closer look, I realized that the bottle was half frozen over and slushed as it had been watered down. I do not believe that Tito's would tarnish their brand like this so the only conclusion is that the liquor store watered down the bottle."

"A very friendly staff who is willing to help you find what you need. And you are going to need help finding it. There is a general lack of organization to the liquors, expensive liquors hide up on the top shelf out of view. Hand written price tags are hard to read, all of the mixers are behind the counter. This place has real potential as a great Greenwich liquor store."
