"Stood at the front desk waiting for a pair of disposable socks while the employees ignored me and checked out 2 customers that arrived in line after me. Absolutely insane I had to wait longer than 5 minutes so one of the TWO counter employees could take 5 seconds to hand me a pair of disposable socks from behind the checkout counter."

"This store has a great selection for shoes. If you look around you may find some deals. The only issue I had with this store is the customer service. There was a bunch of staff standing around talking (which I don’t usually care about that kind of stuff) but when I came up to one of the registers the guy sent me over to another register and continued to talk. I go over to the register he sent me to and the girl who took me had a major attitude. She didn’t greet or ask if we found everything okay, she slammed the boxes on the counter. If It wasn’t for the fact that the shoes were on sale, I probably wouldn’t have bought them because of her poor customer service."

"There is a fairly wide selection of shoes, one of the only places I can seem to find good quality shoes in my size of 13 men's. If you have a large foot, you know how much of a pain it can be to find a good quality shoe that fits right, and looks nice. This store is very convenient as you can go shoe shopping, while you are shopping for clothes also, I would definitely recommend if you are in the area definitely go and take a look."

"The Shoe Dept. is a great shoe store with a large selection and pretty good prices. They have all the usual brands you would expect from Nike all the way to Timberland. Sneakers, boots, sandals, heels, you name it they have a selection to choose from. They often have many shoes on sale and even a dedicated clearance section with very cheap shoes. In addition to the shoes and accessories they sell they also have a few seating areas just for those you bring with you to shop who may not want to follow you around as you try on shoes. They have couches and TV's for both children and adults alike. If you want a variety of options to choose from at decent prices then the Shoe Dept is worth checking out."
