"horrible called through the phone asked if they have a specific chain breaker was rude abt it went in showed my chain and he gave me the wrong one causing it to brake saying i didn’t know how to use it when i called saying abt a refund he said yeah went in for a refund was rude from the beginning saying can’t give me a refund or a new one then had his customer being discriminated tords me and him makeing racist remarks then after awhile he finally gave me a new one go to belchertown not palmer small business owner way better in belchertown"
