"Horrible Service! I called for a product was told they had and when I asked for the price the Guy said we have it and then Hung up on me. I decided since I was down the street to stop in. I walked around for a good 10 minutes while the lady at the counter was on her cell phone. Nobody asked if they could help me as I was walking out the door. The lady asked if I could help you. I stated I’ll take my business elsewhere. The guy in the back watching you tube then chimed in then you can go. I have never see so much disrespect towards a customer. I would have spent hundreds if they had been more professional. Will never return to this dump."

Great atmosphere, the contemporary with rustic touch gives the place a warm and inviting feel…and it’s at the heart of highridge road! There’s a lot of options, fabulous customer service and great prices… you can’t beat that! They always have you covered! Highly recommend!"

"I hadn't been in since the store since it went under new management this past summer until around Christmas. Wow was I surprised at how much nicer this place is. The owners did a great job with it. The staff is really friendly and really helpful with wine selections. And the tastings are great cause I've found some new wines that I really like!!"

"Wow! What a transformation this "little" store has made! They have really rejuvenated this place by cleaning it up, changing up their selection and adding wine tasting. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous, I didn't feel rushed and they took their time to answer my questions and make suggestions. I especially liked the wine tastings! What a smart way to try some really nice wines and decide before you buy. I don't live near High Ridge but I have no problem going a little out of my way and would recommend you stop in to see for yourself."
