"Website is junk. Shows all kinds of inventory they may or may not have…yet it allows you to proceed to checkout? Decided to reach out on facebook page to verify before ordering and felt like I was inconveniencing whoever runs the chat. Was informed website not functioning/my item out of stock with no apologies. Fortunately did not proceed with transaction on webpage…who knows what kind of mess that creates. No mention of website issues on FB page or website…prob should be addressed or pointed out! And “chat bot” could use a little more professionalism."

"Great Prices and Customer Service! I've started my hobby with RCs with them from day 1. Everytime I've needed help or couldn't figure out what was wrong Steve and Angel have gone above an beyond to help me, even do some work on my RC through their RC workshop as well as recommendations on better upgrades. On one occasion Steve even brought stuff outside to me while I had my 2 kids(aged 1 and 2)with me. Highly recommended for all your RC and Honby needs, especially being the only hobby store in the Northeast part of Connecticut"

"Terrible experience. I had a simple question about two RC bodies on which one would fit my truck and they told me I needed the wheelbase. I completely get that but he told me I could look it up online while an employee was standing there on a computer and didn't even budge. I would much rather give a store like that my money then Amazon or the internet but with customer service like that I'll never go back there and I'll get that body online tonight. I was going to easily spend $100 there today and I have three other RC buddies that probably would have spent a few hundred this weekend. Not a chance now. Good luck with the business but unless they change their customer service Amazon will shut them down next unfortunately."
