"Placed an order for over $300 and paid an additional $65 for 3 day UPS shipping back on 15 January and magically, it got shipped FedEx ground and 3 days has turned into 11 days so far without receiving my order. Contacted customer service and was offered $20 credit and after a couple of additional emails, was offered $35 and was told that they ship FedEx ground even though I selected UPS 3 day on their site. How about updating your site with the options you actually offer. Will update when/if I receive my order."
"A few weeks ago I ordered a Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ghost & Rare Port Ellen box set from International Wine Shop. The price was the lowest I could find online for a shipped bottle, so I took a chance knowing that it could end up being aesthetically imperfect. I called in to confirm stock, and also kindly requested they try to send one that was in very good physical shape since this one was not for immediate consumption. About 5 days later, the package arrived and I was very pleased to see both the gift box and bottle were like new...no scratches, marks, fingerprints, wrinkled labels, etc. I will use International Wine Shop with confidence in the future for rare finds that they have in stock."
