"*Caution* all the good reviews are from when the old owner owned it. They have a new owner and it is terrible. Absolutely horrendous customer service & poor workmanship. If you get estimates they will most likely be cheaper but remember you get what you pay for!"

"I literally began the process for an inground pool liner replacement in August 2022. I was looking for a Garrett Liner and they referred me to them. I was given a quote, agreed to it and was waiting for final paperwork. Everytime I tried to follow up, was told quote was in the process. I tried to follow up almost bi-weekly and rarely received a response. They then asked me to take final measurements of the pool myself. I did that, sent it in, they said everything looked good. Gave me a verbal that liner would be installed mid may 2023. When I just called to make sure things were still a go... got a message on machine saying closed for season. I shot an email saying I was trying to finalize things... got a response saying the person I was dealing with is gone, "I am unfamiliar with your line" and then proceeded to actually tell me "I would suggest finding another pool company" So follow their advice."

"Andy and his crew at Stafford Pools were amazing. They arrived when they said they would be there. Took a day to get the liner in my 16x32 inground pool. Looks awesome! The liner is american made which is a plus. They were less expensive then the big name companies by 1400.00 also. Everyone I dealt with from the installers Andrew, James,Chris and the people I spoke with at the office were truly great!"
