"Excellent service and will bring all my cues here to be retipped!! David was a huge help I messed up and ordered 13mm tips instead of 14mm my shafts are 13.25mm. Instead of having to return the tips he had a 14mm matching tip and traded me for the 13mm so I could at least have my playing shaft. He didn't have any bulletproof 14mm he said or he would have done the same. Super fast service also was in and out in 15-20 mins. Well worth the drive!!!"
