"The customer service is nice with new ownership however. The previous owner had fair prices, i always loved to see him when visiting my family in Wilbraham. But now the prices are practically robbery. Higher than big stores like big y. Won't be coming back till prices drop. Just because you have a store in Wilbraham doesn't mean you can double the prices. Other stores around are less expensive. Including gas station across the street. I love supporting local stores. But not when the prices are 5-10 bucks more than everyone else."

"It used to be my go-to spot if I'm in a pinch. They've got a good selection of what I want. And the owner is always kind and greets you with a smile. I used to come here more frequently, but as I've moved farther away, I've found myself choosing convenience over quality more often than not. If I could go back to when I first laid eyes on this building, reach out, pull open the door, and look into the cashiers bright, kind eyes, I would in a heartbeat. You feel safe here. You feel at home here. It's truly magical to be in this building. And I don't even drink!"
