Finish Line

"WORST. SERVICE. EVER. I went to the Finish Line at the Chrystal Mall in Waterford, CT. I was the only person in the store. I am a 60 year old woman and the 20 year old "manager" could not be bothered with me. Two sales people in the store and they both ignored me. One, who claimed she was the manager, looked at me from across the room while she was on the phone until I, from across the store, asked for a certain sneaker in a certain size. She told me she didn't have it, but she didn't look either. I told her that I was clearly interrupting her phone call. I then went back and told her she was rude to ignore me, that no, I was not 16 years old but I was shopping for sneakers, that I would purchase those sneakers someplace else and contact corporate managers. She rolled her eyes at me, as if two sales people ignoring the ONE person in the store was me being unreasonable. I called the 888 customer care line? It was a 40 (yes FORTY) minute wait to speak with someone. No customer service - they don't care, especially if you are not 16 years old, and I will never - EVER - walk into this store again, nor order on line. Awful - awful - awful. (I had to give one star or I couldn't post, but if they had ZERO stars, I would give them ZERO stars)."

"I think this was on 12.27 They stole my 75 gift card I charged a pair of sneakers but did not know about tax I am from mass had no more money to give asked to put it back on my card so far 3 weeks zero refund I lost slip but never had a problem any place with return ever I think young lady took 75 from draw and let my card absorb the 75 bucks return it and I'll remove thisits a joke called number 45 min wait if it wS real it would be resolved and I'm handicap they stole mtv75 bucks"

"I went there today 12/27/2023 with my girlfriend to get her and our sons some new shoes and spent quite a bit of money but 3 out of the employees were rude, very unprofessional, had attitudes, I can keep going on but thinking we spent our hard earned money at a store where the employees were not helpful at all and had nothing but attitudes is kind of crazy. We won’t be back because if we’re spending a couple hundred dollars we don’t deserve to be treated the way we were. Stay away from this store no wonder why people don’t want to shop there."

"Was told I had to give an email inorder to get my receipt and I would not be sent marketing emails. I was sent marketing email's and they added me to their marketing list. I had to contact finish lines office by phone to take my email off their list."
