"There were multiple issues with the order of the sante fe shuffleboard table. I was on the list for this table in Feb 21, missed the cut for the June shipment but finally received a table in November 21. I was not contacted when they couldn’t find an installer in my area (paid for at the time of ordering and later refunded) so we were left scrambling to get this installed ourselves before the holiday. There were missing parts (pucks and the support beam!) We had to create a makeshift support with timbers and incorrect parts sent later ( a 16 ft support beam instead of a 14 ft beam). I received 2 large boxes of the metal legs, 1 of which is taking up space in my garage, and the beam that was supposed to be delivered in April is nowhere to be found. If you contact them to inquire, the response is always the same “I need to check the warehouse, I’ll get back to you later today.” This is a standard response no matter who you speak to. You are always left to contact them again days later. I’m left to wonder if I’ll ever receive the correct size support beam. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company. It is a beautiful table but not worth the aggravation."
