"Great selection here! They had several 4-packs of Heady Topper which is super hard to find! Was ready to make this my “usual” place when I saw that. Sadly, the clerk refused to accept my ID and sell to me, even after looking over my ID for several minutes, holding it up to the light, using a flashlight on it, etc. I understand I look young, but I am 33 years old and my ID is clearly legit. It has never been questioned before. It was disrespectful and embarrassing. And seriously, what underage kid is trying to buy a $25 4-pack of a craft IPA? But I guess I should have brought my husband with me, cause lord knows that despite being the same age as me, he wouldn’t have even been carded…."

"I stepped into a liquor store expecting the norm and instead I stepped into an amazingly stocked store. The store had a great selection of the regular items and a few gems for the hunter! Thank you Tolland Discount Liquors for being a honey hole for my collection!"

"They have is all and a selection miniatures so vast in quantity and breadth of brands I was left breathless. There was a nice enough guy reading behind the counter, the coolers aren’t fully stocked but it minutes from UConn and it had a lot of miniatures which are called “Nips”, yes, nips."

"The guy who works here, the one that sounds like he has throat cancer, is rude and would not allow myself and a friend of mine to purchase our items. We still can not figure out why he told us to leave the store as we were at the register with all of our items ready to pay and leave. We visit this liqure store at least once a week and now will not be returning due to this incident. It really is a shame since we live right down the street."
