"Don't let the purchased reviews here fool you, the place is a dump. Staff is miserably unfriendly. There was a homeless man sitting in a dumpster just outside, and nobody seemed to care. Just laughing about it. Cigarette butts. Empty bottles. Broken glass. Even a used condom were laying about in the parking lot. As for inside, they have the same selection as any other regular package store, but the elements that make a good package store great are sorely missing here. If Willimantic is trying to turn over a new leaf and shy away from its long storied history of being an awful location, its going to have to rid stores like this of existing, and replace it with something fresh and vibrant with people who care about not only their store but the people who frequent it."
