"The ladies there are very knowledgeable and patient, my husband and I had to go there multiple times due to our pool being green and each time they took the time to explain in detail (over and over) exactly what we needed to do and even tried to make it as cheap as possible for us and not “push” products on us that would cost tons of money. The lady there even offered to take a look at a picture of our liner ( even though we didn’t purchase it threw them) to see if she can recommend a way for us to fix it without having to purchase an entire new liner. They are super sweet and know what they are doing .. they really live up to there name !"

"try to give as accurate of a review as I can. This is my second time using Reliable Pools for service. First time was to replace the control board in my hot tub. Service was prompt and tech was nice and knowledgeable. Staff here always sounds friendly on the phone. My second experience has tarnished my view however. I tried ordering a hot tub cover through Reliable on March 10. After being informed it would take 6 to 8 weeks, but maybe longer since its custom made, i decided not to bother this company by repeatedly finding out the status. Fast forward 2 months i call on May 23 to find out the status of my order. At first my order cant be located, so then we have a back and forth of trying to find the order. No problem! Then, a day or so later we find out order was never placed. Ok, I get how these mistakes happen, but now my current cover is falling apart. So I ask can we get a new order out? Sure they say. So then another day or so goes by and we haven't solidified the order. I call and ask for the owner who initially took my order to begin with. He ensures me that we would get it resolved within the next two days. Two days go by and radio silence. I think I missed a call from them the next week, which at this point i am going to just order online because those covers are a couple of hundred dollars less than the price I was quoted. Don't get me wrong, the staff is super friendly, I am just upset that a company named Reliable fell short of the mark in this interaction."

"The service tech Matt and Cynthia at the home office did an awesome job fixing the issues with my hot tub. We bought our house with hot tub and really had no knowledge of the care and typical issues that hot tubs have. Matt went above and beyond explaining what the typical wear and tear for a hot tub is and helped teach us the best practices of properly maintaining it moving forward. Cynthia also was great at communicating our appointments and helping us troubleshoot a leak that we had. Thanks Guys, this is the only Spa business we'd use, they are the best."
