When I entered he noticed me but was occupied with another customer and said other reps were busy but they would help me once they were free. Two sets of customers entered after me and as soon as the reps got free they started working with them. Alex noted this and was quick to make sure I was being attended to. He was juggling multiple customers at the same time. I liked how he wasn't trying to sell a specific shoe but the type of shoe I was looking for. He was very well informed. Give that kid a raise."
