"I bought a snowboard at Ski Sundown’s Ski Swap for my son and paid for a wax and sharpen while I was there to support the Ski Patrol (or so I thought). After the time, the base was rough and the edges dull. I discussed it with them and they explained that was how the machine tunes. I asked for a resharpen but it was no better after a second attempt. With 4 hand sharpens at home it was great. I am waxing it tomorrow. Ski Sundown’s shop is first class and wish that they had provided the service for their own swap. I DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"Called to confirm store hours before driving 40 minutes round trip and showed up 15 minutes before closing, just to find the lights off and door locked. When I asked the person working the counter today, "you're there 'til 6, right?". He replied "Yes, unfortunately". Perhaps you'd be better suited for a non-customer orientated line of work."

"Staff was RUDE! If you don't believe me go look at their reviews on yelp not a single 5 star review and they all say the same thing. With the age of buying things online you'd think a small local shop like this would want to keep people around, but I will no longer be spending my money at this establishment. There are FAR better places just a few miles away in Avon that are TWICE as nice."

"I brought my ski's in to be center mounted and these guys forward mounted them by a good 10 cms!! I'm not joking they actually did that! This was my first time getting ski's mounted and they cashier was very rude and made a snide remark about wanting them center mounted. I spoke to another employee who was shaking uncontrollably when I questioned whether he knew what center was. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP THEY ARE TERRIBLE. BOTTOM TIER SKI SHOP. Take your new skis and business to a better establishment than getting something messed up by these clowns."
