"Made a sale on Gunbroker & used this place as the FFL to ship my firearm to the buyer's FFL. I clearly remember asking for the tracking number but I never got it. Next day I come in asking for it & the owner responds with, "I'm doing like 7 other things right now." I put my number on a piece of paper & still never got called. I'm lucky the firearm actually made it to the buyer. At this point this place's prejudice atmosphere is obvious. Should've figured from that pathetic sign they have out front. Never coming here again."

"This little shop may not have everything when you want it, but none of that matters. It's a friendly place run by a husband and wife team who are the epitome of a good, wholesome American family. Their support staff is great as well. Even though they don't have "everything" "all of the time" they can get it for you pretty quick. Almost of the "standard" hardware and seeds are almost always in stock. No snobs work here. Yet the owners and the staff are more knowledgeable than many of the clerks I've encountered at the larger shops. This shop is second only to Paul Harrell and Hichcock45 in teaching me, a relative newbe, about firearms. Even though there are shops closer to me, this will always be my favorite. I travel far to go to Goody's for my hardware needs and I travel far to go to CT Sporting Arms for my "pew pew" needs."

"Purchased my first ever handgun back in January here, a Glock 19 Gen 5. Can’t remember his name, but the taller gentleman helped me through the process, answering questions and offering help throughout the transaction. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, I will 100% be purchasing from here again, and I often buy 7.62/.308 ammunition since they have both broad stock and reasonable prices. Even if prices are a bit higher sometimes compared to other places, I don’t mind supporting a local business that easily deserves it through just being polite and respectful. Broad selection of both used and new firearms, and many older surplus rifles to look into."
