"I just left another seemingly good running shoe store in longmeadow, because not only do they not carry one of the most notable shoes you can buy for over pronation and stability, but the salesperson either did not know how to order shoes, or straight up lied to my face.... If you want direct, upfront salespeople that actually know how to do their jobs and help you, then go to fast feet in west Springfield. I called, told them what i wanted, walked in, paid and left. I have been here many times before, and there is no fancy shoe fitting process unlike the store in longmeadow...these people can tell what you need by the way you walk....ask you appropriate questions and help you find the right product...nothing fancy about it. These people do not try to upsell you, or make you try on a product you don't want, which is what the competition is doing. I am a simple guy, Ive found a great shoe (the Brooks Beast) I like that I've been wearing for over 12 years, and this store makes it easy for me to come in and get what I want and leave."

"This place not seems like much, it's small and look dated but they compensate by excellent customer service and support. I had been buying running shoes here for my whole family for more than 8 years. Always a great experience and service. I wear 15 4E and they always have my size in stock, at the right price.
