"I was gifted shoes here for Christmas that I didn’t start wearing until the following summer. Each shoe’s fabric ripped on the side right on the seam after 6 weeks of use due to what was clearly a defect. I brought the shoes back, almost 9 months after they were purchased, and the manager there recognized that the issue was a defect and not regular wear-and-tear. He helped me exchange them for a similar shoe, different brand, with no hassle whatsoever. Very friendly and very helpful. I look forward to doing business here again in the future!"
