"I had been a client for several years, but no more. I had no complaints until last year. Last year my appointment was cancelled as the business was closed. I only found out because when I arrived at my scheduled appointment, the lights were out and the doors were locked. They never called to reschedule. I had to call to reschedule myself. Given that it was the first time I thought it was a fluke. This year the treatment I received was even worse, they changed my appointment 3 times with no more than a one day notice and the last one was right at my scheduled time. We were actually at the business when we were simply told that the CPA Mr. Vargas had to do something. Extremely unprofessional! That is not the way to do customer service! They do not value their customers."
