I went to their Kent location to test ride and purchase an Aventon Aventure.2 ebike using the state's new voucher program. They weren’t equipped to process the voucher in Kent, and I wasn’t able to get up to West Cornwall, so they offered to stay open late on a Sunday evening and send someone down to Kent to assist me. I scheduled a free home delivery of the bike to the Danbury/Bethel area, and to my pleasant surprise Bob called to arrange delivery the very next day. Kent was a great area to experience it. I have been a enthusiast runner, mountain hiker, mountain biker for many years all over the country, e-bikes get stereo typed that it’s for lazy inactive people , nothing can be further from the truth as you can control your workouts with the assisted peddling modes or shut assisted peddling mode down completely and pedal unassisted. I have always pushed myself to the limits with all my outdoor activities. What is unique about E-Bikes is if you get too far away, and get tired or time starts running out on your day you have the assisted peddling modes , by putting bike in a high mode will get you back to your destination swiftly. Covered Bridge E- bikes having 3 Locations Shows the success of a company that is here to stay, when making a purchase that you know they are going to be there with all the help and a Service department for e-bike maintenance.
