"They have a wide selection of wines and liquor from all over the world and provide great customer service. They also accept customer orders and have flash sales on selected wines/ liquor occasionally."

"I’ve been 3 times and all 3 times customer service was not good. No one is friendly, offers help, or even says hello. This last time I was in, which will be my last time, a wine was on sale 3/$20. I got 3 bottles. I put my credit card in and then after realized I was charged over $30. I showed the sign saying 3/$20 and the man working told me it was my fault for not telling him before he rang me up that there was a sale and there was nothing he could do about it. He wouldn’t refund me and he was rude about it the entire transaction."

"Beware the Bait and Switch!!! The price on the product I wanted was clear on the rack, and when I went to purchase, I was told that the price was MUCH higher! I showed him where it was labeled clear as day on a manufactured label (see below), and he kept repeating that they were changing their prices! This is just compounded by the poor customer service. There are much better/informed options in the area."

"Went to purchase some wine on Good Friday as we were walking through the store they're doing construction, and you have air hammers and nail guns that shook the whole building, one construction worker hit something which caused my girlfriend to Jolt and she accidentally bumped into a display that had a bottle of wine on it, accidentally fell to the floor, the store clerk immediately came over and made us purchase it which was ridiculous, would have never happened if the display wasn't halfway in the aisle and the construction workers were hammering away, no other store I've been into in 40 years has ever made me pay for an accidental drop of food or beverage. Will never go in there again to purchase anything if they were the last store in orange or West Haven."

"Terrible customer service and a very limited selection of craft beer. Bottles are spread across the shelves to fill space and to make it look like they have more inventory than they actually do. Almost like a small store suddenly moved into a large warehouse. Even worse than that was the customer service. The young girl at the register asked the customer in front of us to "wait a minute" while she was using an app on her phone. When I got to the register, she asked me to "wait a minute" and proceeded to take what looked like a selfie while laughing. Then, as we paid, she never even looked up or asked if we wanted a receipt or a bag. Terrible. We will never go back to this store."
