I think customers may be confusing quiet/reserved staff for being 'rude', etc. Not everyone is bubbly and overtly friendly. I have never, in 6 years of doing business here, ever had a bad experience, no one has ever been rude, and they don't get all over you while you're browsing. They wait until you ask a question, and then are very courteous. The prices are the lowest I've found in the area. That includes merchandise other than tobacco/vape products."

Clearly some people think everybody should be bubbling over the moon about every person that walks into the store however if you ask them for assistance they always help they always seem to go out of their way and they definitely remember their regular customers, a few times they made a mistake pricing out one of my orders and they gave me a discount cuz I felt bad highly highly would recommend one of the best smoke shops I've been to and concerning the size of the store the variety is vast and if they don't have something they will definitely special order it and in many cases I've actually seen him start to carry it because a few people have requested it not to make stores you can say that these days and if the owners are reading this keep up the good work."
