"Do not order from here. Customer service is no help. They will send you an automated response with no information. The shipping is done through a third party that they apparently have no contact or control over. Tried to get a refund to which they sent me a Google doc link that was expired."

"Do Not!Do Not buy from this place. They don’t have the products they sell. They work with other stores to get products shipped. You’re out of luck if they send you the wrong item and they do that often. Customer service is nonexistent. They don’t answer the phone and none ever calls you back. Someone different answers the emails every time and that is when they do answer. This is by far the worst website that I’ve purchased anywhere from let alone alcohol. I had used them in the past and they were ok when they sold and shipped the items themselves. Buyers beware and shop at your own risk!⛔️ I would give it minus 4 starts if I could."

"If I could provide a negative star, that would be generous. Ordered an item 10 days before Christmas, which should have been shipped 2 days later and now were 6 days into January and it still hasn't shipped. Reached out to ReserveBar on multiple occasions and when I FINALLY received a reply, I was advised that if I wanted to cancel the order, I should refuse acceptance of the delivery (whenever that happened to be) and then I would be charged for return shipping plus and additional charge. That's the response provided by Khanya in there Customer Experience department. Disappointing to say the least."

"I should have read these review sooner. ( my bad) I had to order 3 corporate gifts to be sent to VIP's in 3 dfferent locations. One of them was supposed to be delivered to SC and delivered to some random person in NJ, that I don't even know. I have been waiting 2 days for someone to contact me as there is NO LIVE SUPPORT. I also chatted online with someone yesterday no resolve yet, as this is urgent to get a replacement order filled ASAP. I would never use them again!"

"Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. I placed an order and checked out with ApplePay, and my credit card was charged immediately. I received no email confirmation. A week later, I tried contacting the company to inquire about the status of my order, which was placed for a Christmas gift. There is no option to speak to a representative and you can only leave a voicemail. I left voicemails three days in a row with no call back. I can't track the order with the order number since they never sent an email confirmation (and YES, I've checked my spam folder thoroughly.) I posted a message to their website and only got an auto message saying it will take several days for them to respond. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm contacting my credit card company and asking them to reverse the charge due to fraud."
