"For months now there has been at least 1 or 2 pumps out of order. Right now it’s 4. Used to buy all my gas there but there’s no way I’m wasting my time waiting in line. Brand new and never working!!! Bidens way of gas rationing???"

"Was there several times in the last couple of months And today Sunday..WILL be my last time n my friends also. EVERY TIME I have been in there I have been waited on by this heavy lady that IS the MOST MISERABLE WITCH to people..And yes I did say WITCH !!! ..So sarcastic n belligerent SOOOO SAD your company has to have someone like that dealing with customers !!! "This location is listed as 24 hours yet when I stop for gas after work at midnight on a tuesday the pump lights are all off and the door is locked. Car parked in the lot and the store is lit up like daylight but closed. Luckily I had enough gas to get to the location in Sturbridge to fuel up. I understand staffing issues are a thing but update you info so people don't get stranded."

"Went to fill up tonight 6:45 pm. Sign out front clearly states $3.03 for 87. Got to pump and it was charging $3.05. I went inside and was told that there was nothing that could be done tonight but to fill up and come back in the morning!! WOW. I wonder how many people got ripped off without knowing it????!!!! Needless to say, I went to the station next door and paid $2.99 a gal. Also contacted division of weights, measures, standards to report."

"It's a gas station so very hard to have a bad experience until you roll into this one while being on the road working all day. This place is run down and outdated by a few decades. They do not provide customers to use the restroom and are rude about it when you ask. How Cumberland Farms allows their name on this place is unreal. If you are running out of fuel, it will be best to push your vehicle to Sturbridge then give this location any of your money."
