My total annual property tax is about $23K, I decided to give them a try, they reduced $828.96, then they charge 50% which is 414 plus an additional hidden fee of $75 that was never mentioned in the process (Maybe they have it in the fine print). Is it really worth saving the $300+ to go thru all these paperwork and hassle? I am just not happy with the hidden fee."
