"Ira Grossbach has done my taxes for past 4 years. This year is definitely THE LAST YEAR I WILL EVER USE THEM. I have never met Ira and although they office employees seem very nice, every year there was a communication issue. Last year they forgot to file my taxes and offered a discount this year which was not honored. The year before the person taking the info did not communicate important info and it cost me more money. I expresssed my dissatisfaction and Ira didn't care and said he did not want me as a customer. In ALL MY YEARS of dealing with professionals, they are the worst I have ever met. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. 3/15/2019 I am updating my post Since Ira chose to respond after His father called me and asked me to remove my review. Below is a copy of the confusion and I have copies of emails that are contrary to Ira's email. No one is perfect, but when you make mistakes and cover them up and expect your customer not to be upset is unfair. I stand by what I said especially when Ira said he will not service me even though his response say otherwise. How sad."
