"As the first reviewer stated, zero is not option so 1 it is. Mr. Ferland is TERRIBLE with people skills. I deal with him directly due to a client of his and when something came up that needed to be discussed, he left me nasty voicemails and even threatened to come to my home if I didn’t respond to him. I responded immediately and then went to his office personally to resolve the matter, which ended up being a mixup between banks and nothing more. There was never an apology on his end for his rude, unnecessary, uncalled for actions. Do yourself a favor and look a little further if you’re looking for a good CPA."

"I cannot give 0 stars, so 1 star it is. :( Horrible! I dropped all of my tax documentation off in February of 2018, BUT the fed, nor the state have received my documentation.Currently 6/13/2018.) I have already paid John Ferland, but nothing has been done. I had no notification that my taxes were not to be finished by April 15, 2018. I called on the 15th, and was told the accountant was leaving for vacation on the 16th, and he would be doing a late filing for my wife, and myself. I had to also pay in for my state taxes, and had to pay a late fee for a tax return that the "CPA," did not submit on time. Do not go to this CPA. Better off buying Turbotax like I will from now on."
