"This place is totally unprofessional. I filed my taxes on 2/18, and as of today, 4/15 I still have not received my refund. I have called a few times, and have been told to “wait”. The information they gave me does not coincide with the information the IRS has, so I cannot use the “where’s my refund” website option. I called today to speak with Paul, and the receptionist, Dave said, “you know who it is” when expressing I was on the line. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I paid for a service, and they only care about cashing your check, which they do quickly enough; and then they’re done with you. I will never return and I will tell EVERYONE I have sent there, how unprofessional this business is. Small business at its absolute worst."

"My husband and I filed our taxes with Paul and his staff back on 2/13.  We received a letter from the IRS in the beginning of March saying that information was missing from our health insurance and our refund was on hold until the correct information was received.  We went back to Paul asking for help and the processes has been nothing less than a nightmare.  He and his staff are unprofessional and very unhelpful.  Go else where to get your taxes done, I will be next year.  If i could give him no stars, I would."
