"I had first gone to Taxland in February and when I realized they weren't competent to handle my personal finances I had asked them to return my 1099s and they had refused to unless I paid them so I had my taxes held hostage so because I didn't want to waste money and they wouldn't give me back my pile of 1099s I just decided to continue to let them finish them and a month later they contacted my 70 year old mother who I never gave them permission to disclose any of my personal finances to and tell her that I owed more money that they later admitted that I didn't owe but because she was scared she sent in the money and I didn't find out about this til it was too late. Tax Land has promised that money would be returned and it still hasn't been and I'm looking for any way to make sure I'm keeping up with what I'm supposed to send in quarterly and I have not had any response from Taxland. If they're going to still charge me for this I'd highly recommend never setting foot in there they only care about collecting their fee and then they will mess up your taxes violate personal privacy and at this point I want my money refunded so I can pay a. Ore professional accounting firm to go through and fix whatever mistakes are made by them. If they will take money for a service they should be held accountable for the services they charged you for."

"I went to TINA CHANDLER since 2017, always felt that she was great with communication and transparency. Last year, when I filed my taxes for the year 2021, I was told there was no increase in the rate to have my taxes filed, after she filed my taxes I was told that the price had gone up over 100$ !! Okay whatever though, I pay that money with no complaints as I understand the price may go up over the years. I refer my mother, who had some real issues with taxes from a few years back. Tina assured my mother that this was no issue and she could help her out. That was NOT the case! Tina did the work that she promised my mother was the right thing to be doing in her situation, now my mother is having issues with the IRS, is in more debt than before, and TINA will not even take a phone call from her. She is not available and then has her assistant call back to tell her theres nothing she can do and she is 18K out of luck.. SMH!! Highly disappointed, I really had trust in faith in Tina. Unfortunately, she lacks the ability to take ownership of mistakes and is not willing to try and help her customers."
