"My Husband and I went in recently on 1/22/22 to file our 2021 taxes. We received our Federal return a few days ago. We still hadn’t gotten any verification that our Massachusetts refund has been accepted. A family member had an appointment on 2/4 and got confirmation the next day Mass accepted their refund. I called the office yesterday and spoke with Lauren who apologized and said because we filed early and did not sign a form that was needed Mass will not accept the refund. We never received a call advising as such, who knows if we ever would have received a call to advise there was missing info. Lauren advised us to come back to the office to sign another form and we would be all set. We went back to the office, she couldn’t find our paperwork, finally had us sign a paper and we were on our way. This morning we still have not gotten any confirmation Mass has received our refund, my husband called to check the status and Lauren took his information to check on it and call us back, that was 3 hours ago. We have been local customers at this location for years with Keith Roy, who is no longer there. When he took care of us we NEVER had an issue. Now that we had to see someone new we have issues. Needless to say we will never do business here again. We paid over $300 in fees for nothing."

He was very nice and professional and also helped me determine how I should be filling out my W4, now that the new tax laws are taking effect. I'm glad I stopped in there and would recommend anyone else to do the same. They know their stuff in that office and can definitely help if you have any questions!"
