"Update: Olivia reached out to to go over the situation. Came back few days later today, was immediately noticed and pleasantly taken care of by a lovely guy, and the food was good. As someone who's also in the food service industry, people like that are rare. That lady's reaction, from the other day, was completely unprofessional. Placed an order on the kiosk, chose to pay cash. Waited for close to 20 minutes until they noticed me, and told me that cash orders don't go through on the kiosk! When I irately told them they need to have a sign on the kiosk that states cash orders don't go through, the woman snottily told me there's a shortage and they don't have a sign to put on the machine!"

"Terrible taco bell, won’t order from this one again. drive thru person ScrEAmeD in our faces throughout the entirety of the order (they sounded young, maybe thought they thought they were funny but it was wild, never experienced anything like it) - it was jarring and awful. i had already placed a mobile order, otherwise would have driven away. four separate meals all thrown together in one bag, and all the fries dumped over and out of the containers. nothing labeled - was a disaster."

"The young lady in the drive thru tonight was polite and respectful, our food was was exactly how we ordered it, our order was taken quick and accurate. We had a very pleasant experience getting dinner tonight after an extremely long day of work and extracurriculars! Great job tonight ☺️ and thank you ❤️"

"The wait was incredibly long. We we're in the drive thru for almost 10 min and the way the draft it was built you cannot leave the line once you're in it it is blocked on the sides. So when you have an extremely long wait time like we did today there's nothing you can do about it you just have to suck it up and wait. The value of the food was good I thought. We got the cravings deal which was enough to feed and drink three of us it had a 5-layer burrito a Cheesy Gordita Crunch which was a chalupa wrap with a crunchy taco inside of it, a crunchy taco and an order of cinnamon twists with a drink for only $5."
