"one of the worst stores i have been to in my life. the staff member who rang me up was miserable and extremely disrespectful. she forgot to take the security pins off my clothes and here I am at home trying to take them off myself. thank you for wasting my money. will not be returning back to this store and do not recommend coming here unless you want the hassle of moody staff and taking off security pins yourself basically ruining the clothes with red ink and glass."
"Listen, I'm a middle aged guy so not exactly the target demographic for Forever 21, however, I have a daughter who IS. What I like about the store was that, although some of the items were too revealing for my own tastes, I was able to find several things for her that were flattering AND in good taste in my opinion. "Young Crowd clothing but sometimes has things an older adult can wear but not really. My daughter loves this style of clothing. Bit pricey but what isn't lately . Bought three items 56 bucks. Not economical but cute. Someone did say hello but not to help which was fine. I like to shop in peace. The cashier was pleasant and we left satisfied. Like they use organic cotton too."
