"Good packy. Nice people at the register always!!! The deli however always has the rudest people working! Ordered a few sandwiches (they are always good). However one worker was extremely rude over the phone with me. And I went to go pick up my sandwiches and she said “why are you just standing there”. When I was waiting to get an order of potato salad/chicken salad. I walked away Because that’s no way to talk to a paying customer. I understand that you guys are understaffed but there’s no reason for poor customer service."

"This is for the awful deli section. I called at 5 o'clock and asked when they closed because I live 25 minutes away and needed deli meat and cheese and they said 6 o'clock. I walked in at 5:27 to order my items and the rude lady without even a greeting just barks, "cheese only," at me. I tell her I need meat and that I just called and she said they clean the slicers early and can only get cheese. No apology or offer to make up for the miscommunication. Also the prices are now insane. $11 for a grinder. They've lost my business. Ted's the package store is okay. Their prices aren't good but the people are nice and the hours are good."
