"Ordered over $300 worth of food that took over 2 hours to START getting served. Staff was very apologetic about the delay but nothing was done to help the situation. When we finished our games (after reserving 3 lanes), we were forced to find other tables as new customers were assigned to our lanes. We still had food being served 3 hours after our first order. The manager refused to refund our orders so our food and drinks were getting delivered to new customers on our old lanes."

"My host Trevaya Marrow was fantastic. All of my guest were so grateful and had so much fun. I made plans to come back soon. My daughter said she had so much fun."

"Don’t use the online option to make a reservation! I made it for 6 people, but 2 people couldn’t attend due to COVID. Staff at front desk told me to email customer service and I would be refunded the difference. Had an awful experience with customer service. They wouldn’t even give a credit in place of a refund. Not only that, but they charge a ridiculous event fee when placing a reservation online. I’ve been here many times and seem to have an issue with one thing or another. Last time it was that I couldn’t bring in my food due to my dietary restrictions. They have zero options for me to purchase at the alley. So their solution is for me to just go hungry while I bowl. Cool. The staff is hit or miss. They used to have some nice people working the front, now they are just rude. Not a fan of leaving bad reviews, but this is just upsetting."

"Went here this past Sunday with a few friends and we all had an enjoyable time! Even though we only played one game, we had a lot of fun and plan to come back sometime soon! This bowling alley is spacious and very clean. Everything here is reasonably priced as well. And s/o to the staff who made our experience a very pleasant one. Definitely among the best Bowlero locations I have visited."

"Bowlero is a nice, state of the art facility with a very friendly staff. The lanes were clean, the house balls were plentiful, and the tech was everywhere. However, I am a bit old school and found the flashing tvs quite a distraction. The lighting was low on the lanes. As a straight bowler, with the brightness of the tvs glaring off the oil, I could not see the arrows much of the time, which was frustrating for me. Staff, five stars. Cleanliness, five stars. Food, four stars. Lanes, three stars (too dark, and too glary)."
