"The staff greeting people lacks training or understanding of the job of hospitality. She was laid out across the front desk, looking at a cell phone when we entered, and was slow to put it down. She never made eye contact or even welcomed us to the lounge. With smiling or looking, she asked for Id and ticket. I've had traffic stops, which were more friendly. The food here is also always lacking. It is quieter and more comfortable than waiting at a gate, but that's about it."

"It’s Sunday morning (after Thanksgiving flyers). Busy day in the club. It’s small and lack luster. The food selections was good- the apple bread pudding - amazing. The bar didn’t open til 6, so had to wait 20 minutes to get my champagne. It’s my first time a Centurion Lounge. I’ll take my crown room overall."

"One of the best and only airport lounge in CT. This compares pretty well to the others i have been to. Great food offerings and drinks, the only thing was somehow the beer was free but a San palagreeno was 3 bucks. Don't know about that reasoning but overall 5 stars."

"Extremely happy with the service, food and comfortable seating in the lounge. Ashley was very pleasant and informative. We enjoyed our conversation with her and observed her professional work ethic while serving a "difficult" couple. They were more like an "entitled" couple and she gracefully explained how the lounge operated explaining in detail their options. I was most impressed with her ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with people who were rude. Keep up the great work Ashely, you never know who's watching and listening. Thank you for being there, as well as Michael at the bar, to provide a great experience while we waited for our flight!"

"The escape lounge was a breath of fresh air. My morning was turned from good to bad with the staff and amenities. With a 4 hour delay in travel this was a true pleasant surprise!!! Ashley made light of a stressful day and was amazing."
