"Why can’t I select negative stars. They are a scam artist and mentally challenged looks like. Avoid it if you want peace in your life. I filed my taxes for 2022 and it was kicked back, they told me $150 then charged me $500 but still didn’t submit my taxes. I called them hundreds of times no answered. I drove there and spent an hour there but no answer, the lady said she will call me back but still hasn’t now not answering calls. I called and emailed corporate twice but no response for weeks now. They just want your money. They don’t have real accountants. They are just in business to scam people. Don’t fall for their scam,"
"Staff was friendly, professional and the service was swift and transparent I'd give 5 stars but price of service is a bit high for the service rendered considering everything was a simple return and cost 200... that's way too high for that level of work considering it takes a few minutes to type in the numbers for a simple return. Overall I'd definitely recommend the location I went to in Centereach NY."
