I gave them an opportunity to make things right when they had a minor issue they could fix, and all they did was get defensive that none of their employees would do something like that, instead of having an easy and inexpensive solution to resolve the issue, I am now having to contact corporate. The manager for the repair part was not very helpful at all, and yet the general manager was even less help and actually was very rude And defensive. My advice is even if you just need to recall handle just go to the Ford dealership in Torrington as I have never had an issue with their integrity or their quality of work. they They deny their wrongdoings and refuse to check any kind of camera footage because they do not feel that they would ever have An employee ever do anything wrong. I was looking for an easy resolution, but instead, they have now forced me to have to take it beyond the dealership. Lucky for me my issues are not even as severe as my family members that they have severely screwed over. For future reference, if you ever have to make a phone call, do not deal with Paul, or George the general Because they will be rude, and will not take any responsibility for their business."
