"Came in knowing there was an error in my filed tax return but couldn't locate it and wanted to see if they could help, was willing to pay for their time. All I received was the worst attitude with the woman treating me like an incompetent person and talking over me saying "I'm not done talking" when I was trying to explain my situation to her. At the end she said that "I just have to pay the taxes" meanwhile TurboTax Live was able to locate the error for me and get me back over $4,000 that the error originally was going to have me pay. All I was asking for was due diligence and I all got was attitude from her with no patience to even hear my situation which could've helped her understand where to look the error. The turbo tax agent found it within literally 5 minutes and all this woman did was flip through the pages and tell me "looks good" and "unfortunately taxes are taxes" and "excuse me I am not done talking". I have never felt such disrespect and especially from someone who clearly is not competent enough to find a MAJOR error on a tax return that could have cost me over $4,000 if I just listened to her terrible response. She sits on the right side as soon as you walk in and I would highly recommend steering clear of her not only due to her complete disrespect but just solely due to her incompetence and unwillingness to dig deeper to make sure you don't owe an absurd amount on your taxes."
