"This is my second year with them, they email and called me to create an appointment for me, I requested the same tax professional, he is amazing, since last year Carlos went beyond his job, he listened to you, took the time to explained every step he was doing, double checking all the info, was very patient with all my questions, and this year was the same, I'm so happy to finally have someone like Carlos and H&R Block to do my taxes, easy and quick, and in my opinion they don't charge you that much for their great service."

"I made an appointment with this lady and then when I went in they told me that she was not in for the day and told me to leave my tax papers with them and they will file them and get back to me. So I leave them two tax forms, 2021 & 2022. So almost three weeks later I get an appointment to go back and finish them up. Now when I get the the tax preparer Mr. Carlos Munoz mess my taxes up and only filed one. So now he says let me try and fix it and I'll contact you when it's done. BAD BUSINESS. I will never go there again!"
