"*JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE* Went in to drop off paperwork and she had me sit for an entire appointment with 2 toddlers and I wasn’t prepared. I usually do my taxes myself but because I have self-employment I wanted to have the extra security but it was supposed to be a DROP OFF! Anyways she did the service I was going to pay the price, that’s life even though it’s not what I wanted. 2 weeks later I go to check the status of my refund on the IRS website and it can’t find my information. Weird. Turns out Pam filed me as Single instead of HOH after having me in the office for and excruciating 2 hrs with a 2 year old and 3 year old. There was no communication about services being rendered and clearly she wasn’t paying attention to anything at all. Also I had to force her to add back some of the tax credits she purposely took off. Had I not known what I was talking about I would have received thousands less and I wonder what more I will receive when I amend my return. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!"
