"I had a made an appointment at the norwich branch, a day later I was called by a member of the staff and asked to go to the Uncasville location instead. When I arrived for my appointment, the doors were locked. Both my wife and I had taken time off of work in order to do our taxes so we were both upset and frustrated with this result. There are plenty of other options when doing ones taxes and I can assure you we will never be going to H&R Block again."
