"Definitely would not recommend this Jackson Hewitt. (West Haven Walmart) Girl had absolutely no idea what she was doing. I was there for over 4 hours and she still couldn't get my taxes done right. Maybe Jackson Hewitt should properly train their employees before allowing them to do someone's taxes!"

"I normally looooathe having my taxes prepared... truly dread it. However today, I had the privilege of meeting and having my taxes done by Jackson Hewitt preparer Elayne Kohan. Her insights, patience, and general warmth infused professionalism invited a sense of welcome to which i've not been accustomed since moving to the region. She is TRULY a delight!!! If you have the opportunity, then I STRONGLY recommend having her process your forms. Edit: (2 months later) State Returns: supposedly unfiled... I just heard from someone via phone. Federal Returns: Still Processing even after IRS video verification, everyone else who I know has received their refund, but somehow... Not I. Is it a fluke? Who knows... But something tells me that Jackson Hewitt is likely the same "Point of Failure" with presumption drawn from failure to properly process State Returns."
