"Unbelievable! They can not find my tax check. The girl there is rude. They are honestly not trying to pay me my money. Been back and forth to bank and irs. This was suppose to be direct deposit now i have to wait and see if they can try to give me a paper recepit. They are claiming not to have my money. Please save youself the hassel and avoid this location. Very unsatisfying work done here. Just an update its march 18 and they are refusing to give me my check... i worked for this money. "Made an appointment in advance for my tax refund. Went in on November 19th and everything was fine. Made appointment in advance for my actual taxes and waited over 45 minutes to be seen. But that isn’t the issue. THEY CHARGED ME OVER 800$ for doing the taxes. As “their fee”. How the hell do you charge that much without verifying that with your customer? The man said it was a “small” fee. Had I been informed they were charging me 847$ to literally file a tax return I could have done for free, I would have walked right out. How can I reccomend this to anyone? Who can afford that now a days? Thanks for nothing."

"The ladies that serviced me were nice but what wasn’t so nice is that I was coming in to do an advance. While applying there is an approval process and while I and the rep waited to get an approval the rep working there decided to give me an American Express card and said that I should be receiving an email to activate the America express card. When I receive the email I started following the prompts to activate my card and after I activated it I thought that this was the end of the process.I thought that I was approved for the advance only to find out that I was not approved and I had went to my email and activated the card for know reason. This happened to me in December and til this day I am getting mail and emails about the balance on a card that should have never been given to me. Especially being that I was never approved. This is taunting me because it is a constant reminder that when I really needed the advance money it was not given to me.This makes for horrible service. For future I hope these reps will realize not to hand out the American Express cards to a customer until after that customer is approved because this is very misleading."
