"Don't ever get your taxes done here. They cost me about $600 because they did my taxes wrong. I proved they did my taxes wrong. I didn't get my money back because their 100 percent guarantee is only guaranteed if you pay for their guarantee. Short version is I told my tax advisor I got the early tax credit from the feds. They didn't put it in the return even though they asked me how much credit I got. So when I get my return it's delayed, and short. Oh, then when I go to appeal it the other advisor, who was rude to me, in the end basically conceded that I was correct, but as I didn't buy their guarantee their was nothing they could do. (Edit) Oh, that's cute. Now that I've truth fully exposed them they want to make it right. They had the chance to make it right last year after I called their corporate number."
