"This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST I have ever tried doing business with. If you want to do your taxes I highly would recommend going ANYWHERE else. Was on hold for 1 and a half hours trying to pay THEM money for a service and still would have been on hold for another 25 minutes! Reason I am writing it here is the man I spoke to from this branch was rude and not helpful. Customer service is just useless as this branch."

"My husband and I went in to the office on a snowy evening. Thanks for staying open!! Brittany the receptionist is delightful. We felt very safe with the COVID-19 measures that were in place. Today was our first time with Jim though we have seen him in this office over the years. We came into this appt nervously due to our current financial situation that was caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
