Whole Foods Market

"I used to love Whole Foods but the quality and freshness reliability has been slipping. Sadly, Stop & Shop has better, fresher produce and you can rely on them actually having what you need (and I am not a fan of Stop & Shop). Every single time I go to Whole Foods I either come home with produce that looks questionable, they have products on the shelves that are expired (I brought home dairy free creamer once that was MONTHS expired) or their restocking is not reliable resulting in me having to make an additional stop at a competitor to complete my grocery list. All around, Whole Foods is no longer reliable in any way. Such a shame."

"Despite being close to where we live and always a great place for us to grab groceries quickly, the staff has been extremely friendly. My kiddo threw the biggest tantrum at the store one time. The staff helped me checking out and carried the groceries all the way to my car!"

"Fresh everything, tons of variety, lively vibe no matter when I go — and an excellent bakery and prepared food section. HOWEVER, every single other grocery store you might see on your way to WF will be more affordable on literally everything. The Amazon Prime integration doesn’t really make up the difference. It’s your call!"

"Very well maintained store. It’s clean and well kept. They have separate sections for bakery, seafood,… They sell fresh vegetables, fruits, household basics and many other products. They are priced reasonably. Parking is not an issue, they have ample space."

"The location, selection and parking are all great. The checkout experience is a hit or miss - many times I have been charged wrong.Those i have to get fixed. While I am at the CS counter, the guy realizes that the checkout woman made a mistake. Rather than getting that addressed and refunding me for the transaction, after waiting for 10-15 mins, I am told that I need to be patient while he starts taking Amazon returns rather than completing the transaction. I had to get the manager and address the bad behaviors. The manager asked me which code was used to ring my apples - I had three kinds. The checkout woman put all in one category. I looked at the manager and advised him that I am the customer and he should be asking his employee who checked me out. He mustered up the courage to go and ask her. A real funny episode. Then lately, you will find stalkers hovering around spoiling the grocery shopping experience. These people are not buying either. They are just loitering around. Very strange and unsafe as well. Another weird episode is a recurring theme that I have experienced a few times now...as I am checking out, others grocery will be added to my checkout. I had to take it out. And the other party is waiting for you to cover them. No clue what is happening at this location. I would hope the checkout attendants are properly trained and some attention needs to be paid to the loiterers. Otherwise, a great location."
