"Service was good until I tried contacting my preparer that the IRS website stated that my federal was deposited through direct deposit (even though I didn’t give bank information) and I still have yet to hear back. I understand it’s tax season and they are busy, a simple reply to help would be nice!"

"Well the h&r block reprentative was friendly and hospitality was good I applied for line of credit but was turned down. You should have good credit too apply their. I told them though that 8 would be back to file for my income taxes when the new year is up. I look forward to that day once all is done."

"I had to reschedule my appointments TWICE in a matter of one week because my appointments never happened because nobody was in the office! Best believe I called corporate and let them know of the unprofessionalism. Stop having available "appointments" if all your going to do is waste people's time. Hopefully this Friday my SET appointment happens. FOLLOWING UP: When I first called to complain about this issue 5 days ago my complaint want never inserted. Wendy who assisted me on Friday ALSO failed to proceed on booking my new appointment for this week. I had to follow up TODAY to double check my appointment was sent and I had ANOTHER rep do Wendy's Job. Thanks Sedna. Now for Debbie the client service rep who assisted me today, thank you for FINALLY putting my complaint in after reminding you I will not CALM down due to the unprofessionalism from the office and call center. For the Manager Matesh A thank you for showing you are willing to deescalate a call after one of your customers have been calling client services multiple time in regards of this issue (SARCASM at full force)"
